What comes with a Yanhua ACDP module, adapter or licence? Check kit contents, existing authorisations and the expansion you need with Car Diag Croatia.

Four different components
The base device connects the system, a module covers a dedicated application, an adapter connects a particular controller, and a licence enables a function. These components are not interchangeable. A kit photograph does not mean every pictured part is included in an individual offer.
Check existing authorisations
Before buying a digital activation, verify the serial number, device generation and existing licences. An upgrade may require an already active module. For example, a module 34 upgrade requiring module 33 must not be confused with an independent complete package.
What the quotation should specify
Request a hardware list, activation codes and usage conditions. The price of an adapter is not the cost of the complete solution. The configuration must cover both the intended function and the connection method. One module cannot be assumed to support every controller version or every vehicle of a brand.
Expanding later
If you already have a suitable base, an expansion may make more sense than another starter kit. Car Diag Croatia checks your equipment before recommending additions. Future licence prices and conditions must be confirmed for the specific function; we do not invent a universal annual subscription.
Module 13 as a practical example
Yanhua lists supported Volkswagen and Audi transmissions for Module 13, including DQ200, DQ250 and DL382, with separate interface boards in its configuration list. This illustrates why a function name and the physical contents are different information. Match your controller against the exact listing contents and required authorisation before ordering.
One module number, different offers
The same module number may appear on a complete kit, an individual adapter or a digital expansion. Do not infer the contents from the photograph or title alone. Check the package list, base-device generation and whether an additional activation is required. Ask for confirmation when an item is not explicitly listed.
Expand without buying the same equipment twice
List your current adapters and authorisations before expanding. Send the device identification and the function you want to add so that missing hardware, software authorisation or both can be identified. Do not assume that an authorisation can be transferred between serial numbers; confirm the applicable conditions separately.
Does buying an adapter automatically enable the function?
Do not assume so. An adapter provides the connection; the function also depends on the supported controller and appropriate software authorisation. Check the contents of the specific offer.
