Supported voltages and chemistries

Tornado30000 is a mains-powered charger for servicing and maintaining supported batteries. Separate programmes cover 6, 12 and 24 V lead-acid batteries and compatible 12 and 24 V lithium batteries. For lithium batteries, check the exact chemistry, permitted charging profile and battery-management-system requirements.

Current depends on the mode

The 30 A maximum belongs to the appropriate 12 V mode. At 6 V and 24 V, the listed maximum is 15 A. The selected programme and battery condition determine the actual charging behaviour; the maximum rating does not mean constant charging at that current. Temperature monitoring and a cooling fan help manage heat.

Choosing workshop equipment

Before ordering, confirm suitability for the battery, mains connection and supplied cables and clamps. The IP20-rated unit requires a suitable indoor environment.
