Thermal inspection with visible context

TOPDON TC005 is a standalone handheld camera for inspecting electrical installations, industrial equipment and mechanical assemblies. A native 256 x 192 infrared sensor is paired with a 2 MP visible-light camera. Image fusion helps relate a thermal anomaly to the outline and position of an actual component.

Measurement and use

The verified measurement range is -20 to 550 °C. Visible-camera or processed-image resolution is not native IR sensor resolution. Its own display and battery allow use without a phone. Windows analysis requires TOPDON software and a USB connection appropriate to the specific version.

Confirm the hardware version

TOPDON documents different hardware versions under the TC005 name. Screen size, storage, TISR, Wi-Fi and laser functions must not be assumed from the model name alone.
