OBDSTAR ECU MASTER OBDSTAR ECU MASTER is a professional platform for vehicle electronic modules, including ECU/TCU/BCM work, module cloning, bench/boot workflows and service electronics according to the official OBDSTAR coverage database.

What are the differences between the ECU cloning functions of ECU MASTER and KEYMASTER G3?
Currently, the passenger car cloning functions are identical on both devices. However, KEYMASTER G3 does not yet support commercial vehicle ECU cloning.
Does ECU MASTER have an annual subscription fee?
Yes. Upon registration and activation, ECU MASTER includes a complimentary 12-month subscription period. Renewing before the subscription expires qualifies for an exclusive discount; after expiration, renewal returns to the standard rate.
If I do not renew my ECU MASTER subscription, will it affect the device functionality?
The subscription is only related to software updates and downloads. After the subscription expires, the functionality of software already downloaded will not be affected.
Does using ECU MASTER require an external power source?
Due to the high power requirements of ECU units in some vehicle models, a professional adjustable regulated power supply is recommended for stable connection. Set voltage according to the operation guide; the device supports a maximum power supply of 26 V / 5 A.
Which computer operating systems are compatible with ECU MASTER software?
ECU MASTER currently supports installation and use on computers running Windows 10 or later versions.
After purchasing ECU MASTER, how do I activate it?
Download and install ECU MASTER software, connect the main unit to your computer with a Type-B USB cable, launch the software, open Personal Center and complete User Registration. After logging in, return to the main interface, click Upgrade, select all items and complete all software downloads.
