Description
Autel MaxiSys Ultra with MaxiFlash VCMI
MaxiSys Ultra is designed for technicians who need to investigate an actual electrical signal after reading a fault code. It combines a diagnostic tablet with the multifunction MaxiFlash VCMI, allowing control-unit analysis to be followed by component measurement. This is an important distinction from Ultra Lite with its MaxiFlash VCI interface. The device is offered as new.
Diagnostics and Measurement Together
- Review accessible systems, fault codes and live data, with active tests according to vehicle support.
- Use topology views of supported networks to examine relationships between modules.
- Observe and compare electrical signals with the four-channel oscilloscope.
- Use VCMI multimeter, waveform-generator and CAN bus testing functions.
A workshop can therefore compare the value reported by an ECU with the measured behaviour of a sensor or circuit. The saved initial report and measurements after repair help document the outcome. Leads, probes and measurement ranges must suit the particular test; a fault code alone is not enough reason to replace a part.
Programming and Package Scope
Coding and programming apply only to supported control units and procedures. J2534 capability does not include manufacturer licenses, accounts or every required online service. Key or immobilizer work, where supported, is restricted to authorized servicing with ownership verification.
Traction-battery diagnostics require separate compatible EVDiag equipment; an ADAS system and BT506 battery tester are also selected separately. Confirm the tablet revision, measurement accessories, docking station and update entitlement for the offered package. The official MaxiSys Ultra page describes the platform and VCMI capabilities.
